Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping at the Innova Prep Shopify Store. Since all of our products are printed-on-demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, color, or design.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing error, or is not as described, we will issue a refund.

You must contact us within 30 days of product delivery using the contact form on our website. After you submit the contact form, our team will follow up with you regarding your claim. Photo proof of the damaged or defective item will be required in order to process your refund.

Returns

We do not accept returns. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to our business.
